These General Terms and Conditions of Business and Delivery (hereinafter referred to as GTCs) form the basis of an order placed with maamii GmbH (hereinafter referred to as maamii.ch).
maamii.ch is a Swiss company based in Zug. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland (Commercial Register: CH-170.4.021.899-6, UID CHE-185.816.246). All orders placed with maamii.ch are subject to Swiss law. By purchasing on our website, you accept all the terms and conditions stated in the online store. By using this website, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your country.
Each order is subject to the current version of the GTCs in force at the time of the order. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless maamii.ch has agreed to them in advance and in writing. The GTCs can be adapted by maamii.ch at any time. By placing an order, the customer confirms unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You also may not violate any law in your jurisdiction when using the Service. (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature.
Failure to comply with or breach of any of these terms will result in termination
your services immediately.
Privacy Policy
maamii.ch uses the data entrusted to it with respect for the customer. Customer data will not be sold, rented, lent or passed on to third parties.pricesThe prices quoted by maamii.ch at the time of ordering apply. Obviously erroneous prices are not binding. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT at the statutory rate. Any change in the tax rate may affect the price of the products. maamii.ch reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice, but the customer will only be charged the price quoted on the day of the order in the online store or in the store.

Purchase on account with installment facility (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account” as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities.

Shipping costs
Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post
Free shipping from an order value of CHF 150.00
Shipping costs for Swiss Priority Post CHF 10.50
Shipping costs Swiss Economy Post CHF 7.90.
The goods remain the property of maamii.ch until full payment has been received.
Additional costs due to shipment to an incorrect address of the customer shall be borne by the customer.
The respective postal company is solely liable for loss or damage during shipment. Claims by the customer must be addressed directly to this company.
Delivery time
Delivery time for products from stock:
3-4 working days with Swiss Priority Post.
4-6 working days with Swiss Economy Post.
Delivery time for personalized products:
Estimated 8-12 working days. The delivery time is stated individually for each product.
maamii.ch endeavors to keep delivery times below the specified delivery times, but cannot guarantee that delivery times will be met.
If an order is placed with items that have different delivery times, the delivery will be made as a complete shipment. In urgent cases, partial deliveries can be requested in writing or by telephone. In this case, we reserve the right to incur additional costs.
Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to place a binding order (offer to conclude a contract).
By clicking on the order button, the customer places a binding order for the products listed on the order page.
Immediately after receipt of the order, maamii.ch confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The purchase contract is only concluded when maamii.ch confirms the dispatch of the goods by e-mail (order or dispatch confirmation) or at the latest by delivery of the goods.
