Refund policy

Returns & Complaints

Please contact us immediately after receiving your order at info@maamii.ch if you are not satisfied with an item and would like to return it.

Your request must include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Recipient name

  • Reason for return
    (in case of damage, please attach a photo or video)

Our customer service team will review your request and inform you once the return has been approved.

Please note:
The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. After this period, returns can no longer be accepted.

The following items are excluded from exchange/return:

  • Hygiene items

  • Personalized products

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of the goods

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • be in their original condition

  • be returned in the original packaging, complete with accessories, manuals and documentation

If the goods are not in an acceptable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or refuse a refund.

Personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return process

Once approved, you will receive an email containing the return label.

For smooth processing, please note:

  • Include the delivery note so we can correctly identify your return

  • Keep the postal receipt until your return has been processed and refunded
